Thank you for taking the time to convey your concerns to the MediaWorks Standards Committee. When handling complaints about broadcast content, we follow the process set out in the Broadcasting Act 1989, and will respond to your complaint within 20 working days. For complaints about online content, we will respond to your complaint within 10 working days. Please note that we observe a 'working days' hiatus period from 25 Dec to 15 Jan.
