We are collecting data about the impact of the dust on local people's health to use in our case to get Kirklees Council to enforce safe development work.
By completing this questionnaire, you agree that your answers may be used for our campaign work. Some information may be made public. We will always try to protect your privacy, but we cannot guarantee you will not be identifiable from what you share.
We will store your responses securely in HUDUS’s Google Workspace, which meets UK GDPR standards. At present, we plan to use this data to:
- Identify any increase in health conditions since work began
- Identify specific health conditions that may be linked to the development works
- Identify any impacts on pets' or animals' health
Our use of this data may change in future to support our campaign’s aims. If you are concerned, please avoid sharing anything you would not be comfortable being made public.
We may use AI tools to assist in analysing your responses. This includes ChatGPT (by OpenAI) and Gemini (by Google). As Gemini is integrated into Google Drive, any personal information you provide will be accessible to Google’s AI systems for the purposes of analysis. These companies may process data outside the UK/EU. We will only use your data for the purposes stated in this policy and will not share it with any other third parties.
You can withdraw your consent for us to use your personal data at any point before it is made public by contacting avalon@hudus.org
