2018-2019 Oak 3-5 Maker Club
In order to accommodate as many students as possible,  students will be placed in ONE session of Maker Club.  Sessions will be filled on a first come first served basis, and we will update this form as classes are filled. Please rank your child's preference form 1(first choice) - 4 (last choice).  You will get notified by email the week of September 24th with the Session your child is in.  Sessions will be held after school from 3:10 - 4:00.

 
If a session is not filled the week prior to running, students who selected that session as a second choice will be given the opportunity to enroll in it as a second session.
