Staff/faculty selection will be based on strong academic preparation, professional competence, intellectual rigor, emotional maturity, enthusiastic professional attitude, knowledge of instructional practices and ability to contribute to the furtherance of the school's educational goals. Among other factors, attention will be paid to the candidate's academic records and his/her previous relevant experience.
