The total cost of the 11-day tour is approximately $5,500 per person. The final cost of the tour will depend on the number of participants. Students who complete their Early Bird Registration by July 1st will qualify for a discount of $250 per traveler. After July 1st, the cost increases to $5,750 per traveler.

- 1⁄2 paid in full at the point of registration and 1⁄2 in December

REFUND POLICY: PYPO and ACFEA began incurring expenses for the tour in Summer 2025, and those resources started to be allocated to each registered attendee. As such, all cancellations must be made in writing, and fees will be assessed based upon date of receipt as follows:
- For cancellation notice received Sep 30th and earlier: 10% of total tour package price is non-refundable
- For cancellation notice received between Oct 1-Nov 30: 30% of total tour package price is non-refundable
- For cancellation notice received between Dec 1-Jan 31: 60% of total tour package price is non-refundable
- For cancellation notice received between Feb 1-April 4: 75% of total tour package price is non-refundable
- For cancellation notice received April 5 and later: 100% of total tour package price is non-refundable
