As Hamilton develops its next Age-Friendly & Dementia-Inclusive Community Plan (2027–2031), we want to hear from members of Hamilton's 2SLGBTQ+ community aged 50+.

This conversation is an opportunity to share your experiences, ideas, and hopes for the future. Your valuable input will help inform priorities and actions that support older adults in Hamilton over the next five years.
