Wallyford Walking Bus & Bright Starts Breakfast - Sign Up!
Please complete the form below.  You can sign up your child(ren) for one of the following options:

Option A:  P3-7 - Walking Bus only - your children will be allowed to go into the playground once they arrive at school.  This service is FREE.
Option B:  P1-7 Walking Bus and Bright Starts Breakfast Club - your child(ren) will come in for breakfast and be supervised to their line or their class at 0850am in time to start school.  The cost of this option is 50p per child unless you are registered for Free School Meal Entitlement, in which case this option is free.
Option C:  P1-7 Bright Starts Breakfast Club - your child(ren) make their own way to school and join Bright Starts Breakfast Club from 0820am.  The cost of this option is 50p per child unless you are registered for Free School Meal Entitlement, in which case this option is free.

For the Walking Bus options, by completing this form, you agree to ensure that your child is dropped off at the Walking Bus Stop (see map) by 0815am at the latest.  The Walking Bus leaves the location (see map) at 0820am.

Places for both the Walking Bus and the Bright Starts Breakfast Club are limited and we will be prioritising children who are registered as being entitled to Free School Meals/Clothing Grants.  We will be holding 70% of the places for prioritised children and the remaining places will be considered on a case by case basis by our Pupil Support Worker in conversation with the Head Teacher.  

If there is a place available, you will receive a confirmation letter/email and a 'Bus Pass'/'Breakfast Club Pass' for your child(ren).
