Commitment to Social Transformation Award

Recognizes an initiative, institutional/endorsed ACSLHE institutional member or institutional member campus for their significant contribution at the intersection of religion/spirituality, social justice, equity and respect for humanity.

Award Criteria:

  • Nominator must be an institutional/endorsed ACSLHE member.
  • Nominee must be an institutional/endorsed ACSLHE member or Campus Nominee must be a member institution of ACSLHE.
  • Nominee has made a significant contribution at the intersection of religion/spirituality, social justice, equity, and respect for humanity.
The nominee demonstrates the following ACSLHE Values:
  • Professional Development, Excellence, and Ethical Practices
  • Relational Collegiality and Shared Wisdom
  • Radical Welcome of Religious Pluralism, Spiritualities, and Worldviews
  • Social Justice, Equity, and Respect for Humanity
