6th Grade Easton Public Library Field Trip Permission Form                  
Students will visit the Easton Public Library to learn about the features and services available to students, get a tour of the facility, be introduced to a menu of summer library events, and of course, to check out summer reading books with their library cards!

The Board of Education and Administration recognize field trips as a valuable part of the school program and as an extension of the school's curriculum. Therefore, all Policies and Regulations are in effect at a school-sponsored activity on or off campus. Participation in a field trip by students is regarded as a privilege and not a right.  Students are reminded that they are representatives of their school and community during field trips and appropriate behavior is an absolute requirement. All school rules apply on field trips, and students who violate these rules during a field trip face appropriate penalties as outlined in the Student Parent/Guardian Handbook.
