PSU Orientation/Arrival Form (FALL 2018)

Dear incoming Plymouth State international and exchange students:

Complete this form by 11:59pm (EST) Wednesday, August 1st, 2018

Completion of this form is important to ensure you will arrive to Plymouth State safely on August 20th, 2018 and so we can greet you, either with our free pick-up from Boston Logan airport or when you get to campus through your own travel arrangements. It also is crucial for us to plan for your participation in our mandatory orientation (Aug 20-24, 2018). The Fall 2018 semester beings 8:00am on Monday, August 27, 2018.

Please make sure you have activated your MyPlymouth account:

Please complete this form after you have confirmed all your travel arrangements.

Arrival to PSU Campus:
You MUST arrive on Monday, August 20th between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm to campus.
If you book a flight before August 20th then plan your own accommodation (hotel, friend's house, etc.) until you arrive for the pick-up. Many students book a flight early and stay in Boston to explore the city. Then, they come to the airport just for the pick-up, which will be early afternoon (time to be confirmed soon) in Terminal E on August 20th, 2018.

NOTE: Please allow 2 hours between your flight's arrival and the pick-up time because you will need to go through US Immigration and Customs if you arriving via an international flight.

It is YOUR responsibility to get to campus!
