Kipps Afternoon Car & Walker Pick Up Card Request Form 2022-2023
We are trying to make the Kipps dismissal process as safe as possible for your children.

In cooperation with the Blacksburg Police Department, rules have been established for afternoon student dismissal.   Starting on Monday, August 22, 2022,  you will need to have your lime green Kipps Permission Pick Up card displayed on your vehicle dashboard in order to pick up your child as a Car Rider or Walker.  The school will provide two permission cards for your use.  If you do not have a green permission card with you when you arrive at Kipps, you will need to come into the main office to show your ID in order to pick up your child(ren).

For walkers, kindergarten through second grade students will require an adult 18 years of age or older to meet them at the pick up point.  Kindergarten through second grade students are not allowed to walk home with an older Kipps sibling.

Please complete the following form in order for the Kipps office to process your request for the Kipps Permission Pick Up cards for the 2022-2023 school year.  Complete pick up instructions can be found on the back of your green pick up cards.
