SWIS Facilitator Responsibilities
As a SWIS facilitator, I will be able to meet with schools/facilities beginning SWIS usage at least 5 times throughout the year to (a) determine site readiness, (b) train users, and (c) meet with teams to build fluency in using data for decision making. *
As a SWIS Suite facilitator, I will be able to provide ongoing coaching and support to the schools/facilities to which I'm assigned to (a) help maintain site readiness, (b) train new users, and (c) provide coaching and support for data-based decision making.
