Tables and chairs are not provided. Vendors must bring their own setup.
This is a Family-friendly event. Product approval on all vendors will be enforced.
ONE vendor per company are allowed, (Scentsy, Jamberry, etc) and 3 per category since this will be a smaller event. Vendor spaces are not assigned. Spaces are first come/first serve. We will have our team directing each vendor to spaces side by side starting from inside the venue.
DEADLINE FOR VENDORS: May 01, 2018
Vendor set up 8AM-10AM. on Sunday. Show hours are Sunday 11a.m.-3p.m. Breakdown after 3p.m. NEVER BREAK DOWN DURING EVENT. Your receipt will serve as your confirmation. Also, please invite everyone on your area client list, via social media, websites, direct mail, etc. Please go to the Facebook event page, please post pics of your product line and "join" so that it reflects that you're going...invite everyone you know :)
All booth sales are final. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend, please send someone else to cover your booth/line. The event will still go on, rain or shine. If you bring children to this event, they are to stay with you at your booth, no unsupervised children are permitted. No dogs, unless they are certified service dogs. All photos taken by Maxon Production and Events can be used on their webpage and facebook page for advertisement and promotions.
