For new Premium Tutors to apply for assignments via this form, it is MANDATORY that you are registered as a tutor on our platform. Kindly ensure that you have registered your tutor profile with us via https://www.premiumtutors.sg/tutor-profile if you have not done so previously. Applications without a registered profile will not be processed. Do ensure that your registered tutor profile on our website is as complete as possible, and this form will supplement the information needed to enhance your chances of securing the assignments.

If you have previously taken up assignments from our platform, you will be automatically registered as a tutor.

Tutoring Rates: *
To maximise your chances of being shortlisted for the assignment, kindly provide a preferred rate based on the category of tutors you belong to within the client's budget. We will propose your profile with the rate that you applied with to the client. Do only provide rates that you are comfortable with to ensure consistency after we have proposed your profile to the client.
Additional Remarks (Pertaining to the Assignment)
Kindly include specific experiences/accolades/information relevant to the assignment.
- e.g. PSLE/O/A Level Track Record (if not included in your registered tutor profile)
- e.g. Special Needs/Adult Languages teaching experience, IB/IGCSE/AEIS experience
- e.g. Tutor postal code (if lessons are to be conducted at tutor's house)

For multiple subject assignments, do make sure to indicate the subject you are applying for.
