Do you agree to the following rules? 
1- You must arrive by 1pm as vehicles are NOT allowed to drive thru Market Street after 2pm. If you arrive after this time, you will not be able to enter and will lose your Vendor fees.
2- You must stay the ENTIRE event (3-8pm), (unless pre-arrangements have been made).  Cars will not be allowed into pedestrian areas until 8:30pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3- All invoices must be paid before May 30, 2023.  If your invoice is not paid by May 30, 2023, you will forfeit your previously accepted space.
4- FOOD VENDORS MUST EMAIL VALID COUNTY OF SONOMA OR STATE OF CALIFORNIA HEALTH PERMIT TO: EANUNEZLOPEZ@ICLOUD.COM OR THEIR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
5- FOOD VENDORS MUST EMAIL CURRENT LIABILITY INSURANCE NAMING *TOWN OF WINDSOR AND *DIA DE LOS MUERTOS WINDSOR AS ADDITIONAL INSURED TO: EANUNEZLOPEZ@ICLOUD.COM

YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY SUNDAY MAY 21, 2023 VIA EMAIL IF YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED. ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID BY MAY 30, 2023 TO ATTEND THE EVENT.

FEES: 
Non-Food Vendor $60 PER BOOTH SPACE
Food Vendors: $100 PER BOOTHSPACE
