Welcome to the Instrumental Ensemble Submission Form for Music USA at Universal Orlando Resort! An individual form must be completed for each ensemble performing.

Please ensure all information is accurate and complete. Instrumental performance ensembles have a total of forty (40) minutes for their festival time, including warm-up, performance & post-performance clinic.
