D-BIZ 遙距營商計劃 OneStart 諮詢報名表
新型肺炎肆虐，政府第二輪「防疫抗疫基金」支援，推出「遙距營商計劃 」(Distance Business Programme - 簡稱D-BIZ 或 DBP)，透過特快批核，資助企業利用創新、數碼科技，在疫情期間開拓遙距業務，讓企業走出困局。

申請期：2020年5月4日-10月31日
資助範圍：網店、支付系統、網上推廣、遙距學習、人力資源管理、虛擬團隊管理、
資助額：每個項目資助最多10萬元，每間公司獲最多30萬元總額資助  
實際批額: 視乎方案、計劃書及公司規模
資助比例：100% *

The Hong Kong Government's " Anti-epidemic Fund" introduces a fund called "Distance Business Programme" (D-BIZ or DBP), with a max. of HK$100K per item and each company can get a total grant of HK$300K. This is to support innovation and digital transformation during COVID-19.


Application Period：18th May 2020- 31 October 2020

Scope for Subsidy：Online Store, POS, Online Ads, Remote Learning, Cloud-based Documentation, HR<, CRM, Virtual Team Management, Chatbot, Cybersecurity and more （Please click here for details）

Subsidy Amount： Max. of HK$300K for each company whereas HK$100K for each category（ Training allowance shall be no more than 10% of the IT solution/ subscription）

Actual Approval Amount: It depends on the proposal, project and company scale

Subsidy Ratio：100% * ，Upfront 30％ to be banked to a dedicated bank account when it is approved.

The project shall be undertaken within 6 months.

*Whether you can get reimburshed 100%, it depends on entry requirement fulfillment, company compliance, plan feasibility and the capability of the appointed supplier.

Please do not consider application if:
- The no. of employees ( Full time + Part-time) is only 1 that it is probably not considered by the government
- If you haven't stated your business or at the stage of R & D without any client/ consumer's transactions, you cannot apply for it.
