UE Local 1004 Minimum Wage Increase Impact Survey
This October the State of California passed Senate Bill (SB) 525, which established a new minimum wage for all healthcare workers in the state. Different types of hospitals will have different rates, but at Henry Mayo we'll see a new minimum of $21 starting June 1st.

Article 14 of our union contract says that if SB 525 is passed, that the union and the hospital will meet at the bargaining table to negotiate and balance the effects of the bill. To prepare for bargaining, we're asking you to fill out the survey below and help us understand the potential impacts of the new minimum wage.
