We are creating a roster of experts to support SMEs and Business Support Organizations (BSOs) in green innovation, technology transfer, and green transition initiatives. Please complete this questionnaire to provide us with the information needed to assess your qualification. Your responses will be kept confidential and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This initiative is part of the GREENSMES project, funded through the Interreg IPA Adrion Programme.
ATTENTION! In Section 8 you will be asked to provide your CV. Given that this form is created with Google Forms and its builtin security related restrictions regarding the need for sign in with your Google account in order to be able to upload files to Google Drive you will be given two options for providing your CV.
First option is for applicants who have Google account. You will be provided with a link that will lead you to an upload form. By following the provided link you will be asked to sing-in if you are not already completing the application while singed in into your Google account. In the case you do not wish to upload CV this way or you do not have a Google account you will be provided with an email address where you can send your CV.
