Little Falls Pride offers the opportunity to connect with hundreds of guests.
- Approved* vendors will be charged a modest fee
- Approved* non-profit partners (not selling merch) are not charged to table.
Once approved by the committee, you will be notified via email from lfcommunityoutreach@gmail.com with further details.
Payment options include:
- Online at Little Falls Pride - 2024 | (Donorbox) and indicate "vendor fee."
- Checks payable to "Little Falls Community Outreach" with "vendor fee" in the memo can be mailed to PO Box 819, Little Falls NY 13365.
- Cash payments are also acceptable.
Waiver Notice:
The Little Falls Pride committee reserves the right to refuse any vendor, should this occur the fee will be refunded. The vendor shall defend, save & hold harmless the City of Little Falls, Little Falls Pride, Little Falls Community Outreach, Little Falls Youth & Family Center, their respective officers, agents, board members, staff, volunteers, sponsors and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liability or expense which may arise, and shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, vandalism or any other loss or injury whatsoever or not specifically described herein whether past, present or future. Booths are not insured by the City of Little Falls, Little Falls Pride or any sponsoring agents. Exhibitors must make provisions for safeguarding their goods and have replacement cost insurance for all personal property. Exhibitor assumes full liability for protecting, care, and maintenance of exhibitor's property. Any vendor not holding valid liability insurance exhibits at their own risk and assumes all liability.
