Please note this is NOT the Electoral Roll but a mutual shared list of contacts among church people.  If you are prepared to share at least one contact entry (home address, telephone, email address) you can have access to the directory.  The directory is not to be passed to anyone who is not listed on the directory including any external or commercial organisations, unless required by law enforcement or for safeguarding purposes.  You have a right to be forgotten i.e. to have your details removed from the directory, so it will be removed for anyone subsequently requesting a copy.  In this case you should also delete any copies of the directory you hold either in hardcopy or digital form. Removal does not guarantee deletion from those who previously had access to your information.
