RENTAL TERMS
  • In the case of a larger group, we can also provide you with a larger number of items upon prior arrangement.
  • You pay for the rented equipment upon collection and return it to the rental shop where you picked up the equipment or by prior arrangement.
  • When renting an avalanche and ski or cross-country ski set, you pay a €50 deposit for economical use of the equipment. If anything is wrong with the equipment after it is returned, the deposit will be charged towards the damage incurred.
  • The rented equipment is NOT INSURED against theft or damage, so we remind you to handle it carefully. In the event of loss, damage or theft, compensation will be paid, and the deposit will be forfeited. In the event of damage to the item, compensation will be paid in the amount of 70% of the new purchase value of the item.
  • In the event of loss or theft of any piece of equipment, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the purchase price of the equipment.
  • We can also deliver the equipment to your desired location, but we charge €1 per km traveled to your location.
  • The equipment will be inspected as soon as one of the authorized persons is present. If we determine that the condition of the equipment has not changed, we will return the deposit to you via Flik. If we discover damage to the equipment that occurred during your rental, we will retain the deposit. You will be sent an invoice following the rental terms: In the event of damage to the item, compensation will be paid in the amount of 70% of the new purchase value of the item.
  • You will need a valid ID card/passport when picking up equipment.
  • Equipment can not be hired for more than 8 days.
