YCRC Course Request Form
Please submit the following form to request to use a YCRC cluster for your course. We ask that your submit this form even if you have used a YCRC cluster in previous semester. 

The YCRC Bouchet cluster can be made available for Yale courses with a suitable computational component. All members of a course, including the instructor and TFs will be given temporary course accounts and granted access to a dedicated "education" set of partitions. All associated accounts and data will be removed one month after the last day of exams for that semester.

Upon submission, you will receive a "New Ticket Created" email. If you have additional course materials, such as a roster or custom environment, please respond to that email with those attached.
