FLASH! Submission Form
Hello! We're happy to introduce FLASH!, GDYU's new zine about video games and game development!

FLASH! publishes short stories and articles about games and game development, online at gdyu.club and as a physical copy every 4 months. Stories and articles are divided into 3 groups:
  1. Tabs [150-300 words]: the shortest articles in FLASH!, Tabs are for little thoughts about the games you've played; moments you loved, characters you connected to, places you remember
  2. Pages [300-700 words]: a good place for longer thoughts, Pages are for short personal essays about your experiences in games
  3. Windows [500-700 words]: with a different focus than other stories, Windows are for writing about the game industry and game development
For the first edition of FLASH!, we're publishing up to 8 stories: 4 Tabs2 Pages, and 2 Windows

This form lets you submit a proposal to be published in the first edition. In this edition, FLASH! also has its first theme - Flash games! We encourage you to write about them for this edition, and they'll be preferred if we have too many proposals to publish.

Please do not submit a full article, because unfortunately we might not be able to publish your contribution. This form only needs an outline of three things
  1. Your preferred name and contact info
  2. The section you want to write for (Tabs, Pages, or Windows)
  3. Your proposal
We'll respond in a week or less - please be aware that exams and final projects can make this take longer. Thanks for contributing to FLASH!
