National Kidney Foundation's Kidney Social Summit is a FREE event for patients and their friends/family members. This event will be an opportunity to LEARN, SHARE, and NETWORK with others going through similar situations as you. Each attendee can bring 1 family member or support person for free. We are planning a fun day with exhibitors and activities! Come join us!

There are 4 different tracks for the break-out sessions including 1). Chronic Kidney Disease 2). Dialysis 3). Transplantation and 4). Caregivers. The break-out sessions are more specific to the lifestyle factors and issues pertinent with each group. Prior to the seminar you will receive a complete list of topics. *You may attend whichever topics interest you and you are not required to stay in your track.
* Plan to stay after the Kidney Social Summit from 5-6pm to learn more about the 2018 Kidney Walk to be held on Sunday, March 4th 2018 at Chaifeitz Arena on St. Louis University's Campus (held indoors this year!)
