The private sector, from health care companies to technology companies, in collaboration with patient organizations, NGOs, government and academe, has the capacity to develop solutions to address barriers to the treatment and care of noncommunicable diseases (NCDs), including heart disease, diabetes, respiratory disease and cancer.
