Each session (morning or afternoon) will cost $20 for infants under one year of age for students, and $30 for infants of professionals. The cost for children ages 2 to 12 years will be $15 per session for children of students, and $25 per session for children ages 2 to 12 of professional attendees.
Payment must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the start of the conference in order to hold space for your children. You will be sent a bill and payment link at least 30 days before the start of the conference, or within 2 business days if you sign up for care less than 30 days before the conference. There will be a limited number of drop-in spaces depending on the pre-paid enrollment. Any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled care, and no later than midnight on June 23, 2017. Refunds will be subject to a 10% processing fee and will take up to 14 days to process.
