Strength Training is most effective when you consistently show up on time for your appointments and give a high level of effort. Our autopay program is designed with this in mind. *

For best results, you should plan to complete your sessions each month. Missed sessions will roll over for 2 months and then will expire. A maximum of 50% of your total monthly sessions may be rolled over. There are no contracts and Live Oak will happily change your membership type as needed. *

No shows or sessions cancelled with 24 or less hours notice will be forfeited regardless of the reason. Appointments with Live Oak Strength founder, Owen Dockham, require 48 hours notice. I understand spots are limited and if I don’t show up it also means other clients aren't able to book. *

Some months have 5 weeks and thus will naturally allow for more sessions than are included with my membership. I will expect to be charged for any sessions I receive above what's included in my membership. *

There are no contracts and you may change or cancel your plan by giving at least 2 business days (M-F) notice before the 1st day of the next month.  A $50 late cancelation fee will be applied if requesting a refund due to canceling your membership without ample notice. *

If you late cancel or no show 3 appointments in a rolling 4 week period, Live Oak Strength reserves the right to cancel all your upcoming appointments and offer your appointment time to other clients.

Under no circumstances will Live Oak Strength prorate monthly autopay amounts. It's your responsibility to schedule missed sessions within the allotted 2 month rollover period. You can always pause your membership and schedule drop ins online for months when you're unable to attend all your workouts due to travel or other reasons.

Some clients and staff are sensitive or allergic to scents, thus Live Oak Strength is a SCENT free environment.  This includes, essential oils, lotions, pain relief creams, perfumes etc.  *

Live Oak Strength is a CELL PHONE FREE environment. I agree to turn off my phone and all other devices BEFORE entering the facility.  *

Live Oak Strength raises session rates yearly by 2-3%. *
