We will do our best to take restrictions into account for the gala dinner. Unfortunately there is very few flexibility for the other meals.

Poster/Talk submission *

Poster / short talk application deadline Sept 10th.

Due to the limited number of short talks slots, applicants who are not shortlisted will be invited to present a poster instead.

The policy is to accept all academic posters that are relevant to the TOR de France topic and technically sound. If the maximal poster capacity is reached, a selection process will be implemented.

Result of the selection will be communicated about a week after the deadline.

Online attendees cannot present posters. Applications for online short talks will be considered, but will not be prioritised.
