NACM ICPC Golf Tournament
We are excited that you will be joining us for the ICPC Golf Tournament, Saturday, May 5, 2018! Please fill in your information to register below. The ICPC Golf Tournament will be held Saturday, May 5, 2018 at the Bloomingdale Golfers Club, 4113 Great Golfers Place, Valrico, FL 33594.

Registration will be from 7:00 am to 8:00 am and a continental breakfast will be served. The tournament will begin at 8:00 am with a Modified Shotgun Start. Lunch and the awards presentation will be at 1:00 pm.

Cost: $125.00 per player, which includes: cart for 2, green fees, range balls, 2 free beverages on the course, continental breakfast, and lunch.

Mulligans: Each player is allowed four mulligans for $20 which can be pre-purchased.

Method of Payment:
If you will be mailing a check, we must receive it prior to the tournament. Please make it payable to ICPC of Florida and mail it to: NACM Tampa, Attn: Trudy Dodson, P O Box 22827, Tampa FL 33622
To complete your registration, please click on the blue Submit button below. If you will be paying by credit card, once you click on the blue Submit button, instructions (with a link you can click on) will be given on the confirmation screen.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
