2024 Twilight - U9 teams and younger
TEAM ENTRY

1. Competition will commence on Monday 19th February and run for six (6) weeks. The last week of play will be 25th March 2024.

2. Team entry fee is $200 per team for U9 teams and younger, irrespective of number of players. Please deposit team entry fee into the following bank account, using your team name as a reference:

          Account name: Charlestown Netball Association
          BSB: 650-000
          Account number: 978-550-200
Reference: Twilight - TEAM NAME (e.g. Twilight - Shooting Stars)

3. U9 teams and younger will play at 5:30pm.

4. Games will consist of 4 x 10 minute quarters, with one (1) minute break between quarters and three (3) minute break at half time. Younger teams will play with modified rules for NetSetGo. These games will be played on full sized hoops, with a transition away from modified rules for the older teams (U9).

5. Games will start and finish on the system bell.

6. Each team to supply their own position patches (bibs), a scorer, and a ball.

7. It's an umpire-own-game, so each team is required to provide a competent umpire to umpire. (For this age group, this is typically the coach, but not always.) We ask that umpires/coaches liaise with the opposition at the start of the game and during the breaks to ensure consistent enforcement of rules across the game, appropriate for the age and skills of the players.

8. The main aim is to promote FUN PLAY and to encourage a love of the game.

9. In the event of extreme wet weather, CNA may make the decision to abandon games. BY DEFAULT, assume all games are on unless otherwise advised via social media (CNA facebook and instagram accounts).
