Conflicts – Head Coaches with multiple teams in the same event will be the top priority in ALL conflicts and requests, up to 3 teams. Head Coaches with more than 3 teams will need Assistant Coaches in the event we cannot avoid conflicts. We also ask that you please get the Head Coaches information (name, address, ID#, email, phone number, etc.) EXACTLY the same on each teams account. This will help us catch coaching conflicts.
Request Priority Policy – In order for request to be considered, registration, payment, and request form MUST be received prior to the registration deadline. When considering request, the following order will be used to set priority:
1. Head Coaches with multiple teams in an event, up to 3 teams. 2. Traveling teams – teams staying in a hotel for the duration of the tournament. 3. Conflicts with League games. 4. All other request considered will be based on time of submission.
