Health Screening Questions
With guidance from the CDC as well as the State of Michigan executive orders, we are required to ask these questions to staff every day, and families at least once per week on their first day of attendance. However, we ask that you consider these questions every day before bringing your student to TCH.
Are you a staff member or a family?
In the Past 72 Hours, have you, your child, or anyone in your household experienced...? If you answer yes to any of these symptoms, please call Kim at 772-678-9471 for additional screening.

Loss of Taste or Smell
Have you, your child, or anyone in your immediate household had close casual (non-professional) contact in the last 14 days with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19 or been contacted by the Health Department and advised to quarantine?
Have you, your child, or anyone in your immediate household traveled by air in the last 14 days? This includes visitors staying in your home. If yes, we ask that you refrain from bringing your child to camp until 14 days after your arrival back in TC or your guest's arrival into your home (contact Kim if you are in this scenario, as each circumstance could be different, it is worth talking through).
Have you or anyone in your immediate household traveled to or from any of the following states in the last 14 days, by air or car? This includes visitors staying in your home. If yes, we ask that you keep your child home for 14 days. The *states are: Alabama, Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nevada, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas. (*These states are subject to change as data changes, contact Kim if you are in this circumstance, as there are possible exceptions once talked through.)
