Diversity Festival Food Vendor Application 2018
All food vendor applicants must meet the Coastal Health Authority requirements for Temporary Markets and present a letter of acceptance and approval. Also food vendors must hold a general liability insurance policy.

Vendors are responsible for providing any equipment that is necessary for their operations
including tents, extension cords (50-100'), lighting, signage, etc.

Note: Very limited power hook-ups are available

Applications will be accepted until April 30 2018. Only selected applicants will be contacted and will receive a response by
May 15 2018.
