We hope you're doing okay and staying active, strong, and healthy during this time. It's tough, but it doesn't have to be lonely. We're here for you 💖
Since we're not meeting in person for Fast and Female hangouts and events, we want to stay connected and see if we can come up with some cool ways to keep the fun, physical activity and positivity up.
We want to hear what you think so let us know ... we're all ears!
While we're taking a break from school, practice, hanging out with friends in person and Fast and Female events, what are some of the things you think would be fun to do with Fast and Female? Check as many as you like!
Social media activities (dances, videos, challenges)
Physical activity you can do at home or outside
Activities that are not physically active (goal setting, recipes, art, confidence workshops, etc)
Learning about different sports and role models and hearing their stories
Talking with role models (F&F Ambassadors) and asking questions
Talking with role models (F&F Ambassadors) and asking questions live in real-time
Connect with other girls in positive and supportive ways online
Lists of things to do or things our Ambassadors are up to (workouts, social accounts to follow, book suggestions, etc)
Contribute to F&F's website yourself (write a blog, share a video, etc.)
