Transportation Request for Fall 2020
As you know, the new school year at Central Valley Central School District is just around the corner. In consideration of the COVID-19 pandemic, many parents have expressed their intention to transport their children, in lieu of utilizing District-provided transportation.
To allow the District to appropriately plan for bussing of District students, we ask that you complete this form indicating transportation for the 2020-21 school year. The District will provide transportation to all eligible students, unless you plan to provide your own transportation.
Please complete this form to indicate your transportation preference.
