Temporary Sign Permit Application
This permit is for ONE sign only. 

The cost of a permit is $5, and it is good for 2 weeks.

Only 4 permits allowed per year.

Permit is not valid unless payment has been received and you have received the signed permit from city staff.

Kentucky State Law requires that any sign posted may not be in the right of way (this includes telephone poles). Sign may not obstruct the visibility of motorists at intersections etc.
