Course Description: The course will address the theories and key components of project management including project integration, project scope management, project time and cost management, quality management, human resource considerations, communications, risk management, and procurement management as it relates to Tribal projects and contract sources.

Concepts and Theories of Construction Project Management: Work Breakdown Structure, Scheduling Basics, Project Management Plan
Day Two - Wednesday, August 23, 2023
Determine What Your Project Requires: What Schedule is Required, and When; How to Read the RFP/Contract Documents/Specifications; Develop Your Team, Interviews
Day Three - Thursday, August 24, 2023
How to Manage Risk: Cost Controls; QA/QC; Human Resources; Contracts; Conflict Resolution
: This course will give students a chance to learn, ask questions and discuss the principles and common procedures with a knowledgeable instructor. The goal is to provide students with a basic knowledge of project management.
