Thank you for participating in this survey. This survey is conducted by the CPD Committee of the SSA to understand the courses or workshops or mentorships our members are interested in. Information on three aspects are sought

*  the topics on which courses and workshops you would be interested to attend
*  the topics you would be interested to present as courses and workshops on behalf of the SSA
*  any mentorship program you will be interested in


Presenting workshops on behalf of the society has its own benefits including planned recognition by the society in the form of Distinguished Presenter for the SSA award for eligible nominations. This short survey should take only 5 to 10 minutes. The information collected will be used by SSA only to plan for future workshops or mentorship programs. All information will remain confidential and securely stored and will be accessible only to SSA's various committee members. The contact information collected as part of a later question will be used only to get in touch with you regarding the arrangement of planned workshops or courses or mentorship.
