Bullying or perceived bullying/unkind behavior is a serious issue for our students and will not be tolerated. Use of this form to report bullying that occurred on school property; at a school-sponsored activity or event; on a school bus; on the way to and/or from school; or social media/text related to school. Please note that online behavior that does not direclty involve the school should be reported to your family/parents/guardians for assistance or guidance; however, online behavior involving the school should be reported.

Complete this form for report incidents of bullying, perceived bullying, or students being unkind. Reports can be accepted annonmously, but note that discipline decisions cannot be made solely on anonymous reports.
