Hello Panther Families,

We are getting ready for our Track and Field season this spring. We will be having 3 divisions this year. The teams will be 3rd-4th, 5th-6th, and 7th-8th. These teams will compete in 6 meets scheduled after school on a Monday. The events will be 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1600m, long jump, and shot put. If their records qualify, they will compete in an additional championship meet held on Monday, May 15th. The meet times will be from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm, but the specific event times will not be known until the meet. The season will run from March 25th to May 15th. Practices will be after school and times and days are TBD based on coaching availability. Please sign up for tryouts so coaches can know what to expect as far as turnout. It is up to the coach's discretion to allow students to tryout who have not signed up. Specific tryout dates and times will be announced through the Panther Periodical once they become available.
