Purpose: Currently insurance companies and other websites do not appear to allow us to more efficiently locate other "providers of color". This causes it to be more difficult to locate resources that are needed for those that we aid in the community.
For this reason this database has been created so that you can add your contact information and view the database at your convenience. As the information may be shared with other providers as well as potential clients in the community please add what information you would prefer to be available.
Upon submitting your information the link to view who else is listed on the database will be provided. If your information needs to be updated you may enter a new submission. This will trigger us to remove the out dated entry or you may send an email to
mnmhpoc@gmail.com. On a yearly basis you will also receive an email to confirm whether your contact information is still current.

MN Mental Health Providers of Color can not speak to the quality of the work, but in the database are providers of color who have identified themselves as providing mental health type services. It is each individuals responsibility to do the due diligence to ensure the provider meets your needs and accepts your insurance if applicable.
