HWSL Coach Application 
Welcome to HWSL! This form is for NEW COACHES wishing to register new teams for our upcoming season. 

REQUIREMENTS FOR HWSL TEAMS:
  • You must have a minimum of 10 players
  • All players must be 18 years of age or older on the Season's Start Date
  • REQUIRED FEES: All teams must pay a TEAM fee in addition to individual PLAYER fees each season.

We require participation in ALL WEEKS of the season, but if you need a bye week, you must make the board aware of this ahead of time. Are there any weeks (Sundays) that your team has a prior commitment and cannot play? *
To join our league, there are TWO mandatory fees:

- TEAM FEE paid via Check or Zelle - NOT online 
- Each player must also pay their PLAYER FEES online individually
