The Franklin LGBTQ Alliance was created to support, raise awareness of, and build connections within the greater Franklin LGBTQ+ community.
In support of this mission, the Franklin LGBTQ Alliance will host Celebrate with Pride 2026 in Franklin Town Common on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. This event will be free to the public and open to all. Our rain date will be on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at the same place and time.
Everyone who supports the mission of the Franklin LGBTQ Alliance is welcome to request a space at Celebrate with Pride 2026.
A space reservation request consists of
- This sign-up form;
- A non-refundable fee with your organization, contact name, and ‘exhibitor fee’ noted at https://givebutter.com/Support-the-FLA, the fee being $30 for requests received on or before March 31, 2026; $35 for requests received from April 1, 2026, to April 30, 2026; and $40 for requests received, from May 1, 2026, or later (nonprofit organizations are exempt from this second requirement);
- For food vendors without food trucks, the following item sent to Evelyn Rossing (she/her) <FranklinCwP+food@gmail.com>: a Temporary Food Permit for Franklin (ignore the note on this website about needing to complete this 30 days before the event, and do not pay the $50 fee to the Franklin Health Department if you are a Franklin Food Establishment because it is unnecessary); and
- For food trucks, the following items sent to Evelyn Rossing (she/her) <FranklinCwP+foodtruck@gmail.com>: the measurements of your truck, an indication of whether you need water and power, Hawker/Peddler License, ServSafe Certification, Certificate of Allergen Awareness Training, and Food Truck Permit for Franklin.
Space reservation requests are due ASAP! Spaces will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. Every organization will receive a confirmation from the Franklin LGBTQ Alliance within seven days of submission. If the event is cancelled on both the originally scheduled date and the rain date, then we will issue refunds by mail.
A reservation guarantees a 12'x12' space in Franklin Town Common on Saturday, June 27, 2026 (or the rain date of Sunday, June 28, 2026), from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Setup will begin at 11 a.m. Cleanup (including any trash pickup) must end by 5 p.m. Organizations must have all necessary items like tents, tables, extension cords, chairs, etc. as these will NOT be provided. Vehicles are not allowed on the Common at anytime and immediately after unloading must be moved to the designated parking lot to ensure ample parking for event guests.
As a last note, we would like to mention that this is a community event. Accordingly, please ensure that your products are in good taste for all ages or censored appropriately.
