GRANT APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:Please submit the following sections of the application in order to be considered. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

GRANT PROCEDURE & REQUIREMENTS: Once your grant proposal is selected, you will be asked to sign a grant agreement. After the agreement has been signed, 80% of the grant amount will be provided to you in an initial check. The final 20% of the amount will be paid upon completion of the final report.
