Adventures in Natural Resources Careers Reservation Sign-up

Come explore careers in natural resources with the UNL School of Natural Resources (SNR)! This two-day event is for high school and transfer students looking to explore their options in the world of conservation and resource management. On Day 1, learn about our natural resources academic programs at UNL. On Day 2, network with a variety of career professionals that represent over 20 different agencies.

When: February 17 and 18, 2027    Where: Hardin Hall, UNL East Campus; 3310 Holdrege Street, Lincoln, NE

Agenda for Day 1:

1-2PM: Optional tours of East Campus. Arrive at Hardin Hall to start the tour.
1:30 - 2 PM: Check in at Hardin Hall.
2-4PM: Two one-hour information sessions. Sessions will be offered twice, so there is the opportunity to attend both. One session will talk about the academic programs in SNR. The other session will discuss admissions and financial aid questions. 
4-6PM: Meet faculty, staff, students, alumni, and future employers! Snacks on the second floor lobby of Hardin Hall.

Agenda for Day 2:
Browse and meet future employers during our Career Expo. Browse from 10AM-2PM, with an employer panel from 12PM - 1PM. Lunch is provided.

We are offering optional tours of East Campus from 1-2PM. You will see Massengale Residential Center, Dinsdale Library, the East Campus Union, and the Recreation and Wellness Center. The tour typically lasts between 20-30 minutes. Please let us know if you would like to participate in a tour.
