This certificate requires the completion of 24 credits.  Each course must be taken for a letter grade (not pass/no pass) and completed with a grade of "C" or higher.  A grade of C- or lower does not satisfy these requirements.

After all certificate courses are completed, students submit this application to receive their certificate.
Once your application has been received and certificate completion verified, you will receive your certificate of completion in the mail within one academic term.

Certificates of completion are issued by Portland State University's College of Urban and Public Affairs.  The certificate credential does not appear on PSU student records; the courses do.  The CCJ Online program maintains records of undergraduate certificate completion and can provide official verification upon request.
