The Octorara Area School District is partnering with local businesses to showcase the best of our school and community at the 8th Annual Octorara Agriculture, Business, Environmental Science and Technology Expo (OABEST). The 2024 Expo will be held on Saturday, May 18th from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the Octorara School District campus.
A new addition to the OABEST Expo is a COMMUNITY YARD SALE. Residents of the Octorara Area School District are invited to set up
10 x 10 space and sell their gently used items. There is no set up fee and sellers may keep all money earned from the sale of their items. A voluntary donation in support of career and technical education student activities is not required but will be gratefully accepted. Set up time for the Yard Sale begins at 8:30 a.m. Spaces are first come first served on the day of the event. Sellers will need to provide their own tent, tables, and chairs. Please note, the Yard Sale is for the sale of personal items by area residents. All transactions are the responsibility of the participants. The sale of alcohol, illegal drugs, unlicensed goods, weapons of any kind, and sexually explicit materials is prohibited. Participants will be expected to take any unsold items with them at the conclusion of the Expo.
If there is inclement weather, the yard sale will not be held.
