By commissioning the artist, the client must read and accept the following terms via signature:o) I, the artist, have the right to reject or decline a commission request, especially if the request doesn’t follow my guidelines or if my commission queue is full.
o) The client will have to pay for my services upfront via cashapp and/or paypal before receiving the product.
o) The client should contact me via email ( fluffilysweet@Gmail.com) to:
- Reserve a slot for a commission.
- To view progress shots for the art piece.
- To change the said product to the client’s liking and with my expertise.
And
- To ask any questions regarding the product itself (backgrounds, added characters, poses) as well as prices for additional content.
o)I will share the finished piece on my social media accounts.
o)The client must provide two to three different references of a character, place, or thing that they want drawn.
o)The client has non-commercial rights over the art piece. Contact me to have commercial rights over the work.
o) If desired, I can draw the piece on livestream if the client is comfortable with that.
o) The client has a right to refund or to cancel their ongoing commission if I fail to remain in contact with the client.
o) The client also has a right to refund or to cancel the commission if the piece isn’t delivered by a specified time.
o) The client will be informed of the commission queue and the waiting time if I’ve already started on a commission.
o) Do not edit or repost my art without credit and without my permission.
