You are welcome to apply to be a vendor at our Fall Tradeshow
8 Foot table is supplied to the vendor and 2 chairs. 
Table covering will not be supplied.
Table area will be approx 10'x10' if more room is needed please purchase multiple spots. 
Once application is accepted we will send you more information as to how to get to us and where to park to unload etc. 
Vendors must be set up 30 minutes prior to doors opening so we can get posts on social media!
Admission to tradeshow for the public is $5

Vendor Payment is non-refundable
No refunds due to weather, power outages, or anything beyond our control.

After this application the Weyburn Agricultural Society will go through and select vendors(if duplicates first sign up will be selected) If you are chosen to be a vendor by checking this box you understand a fee of $75 /table $90/2 tables will confirm your spot.
Once Vendor has received an acceptance email from us vendor has 1 week to complete payment.

Vendors are liable for their own products, display items. Weyburn Agricultural Society is not responsible for any damage or theft of customers. *
